"First off, I want to mention that the tech was very competent. He was quick and knew exactly how to fix my door. My problem was his prices, which seemed very high. For example, $139 for 10 nylon rollers. These are routinely sold for $25 and less at many retail shops. I found them for $15 online. He charged $75 for an operator brace which can be found for under $15 as well. Lastly, I don't mind paying up to $85 per hour for labor, but a garage door installer shouldn't be charging $300/hr. Other than the prices, I'm happy with the quality of work."

"Yesterday afternoon, I backed into my garage door and did some damage to the door, track, spring, and wheels. I called JDT Garage Door Service and had an appointment first thing this morning. Not only was the service very fast, but also Jason saved me money. Rather than insisting that I buy an entire new door, track, and parts, he was able to salvage the door that I have by making a few repairs and upgrading a few parts. The next time we need assistance with our garage door, need a new motor, or have another unfortunate incident....I will definitely call JDT, no question.I am very impressed with the integrity, honesty and professionalism that Jason exudes. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially those who have trouble looking in the rear view mirror when backing out of the garage!"

"Our garage door broke about 2 years ago. I called around for estimates and had two companies scheduled. Then I had stumbled upon JDT Garage Door Services on an acquaintance’s social media page. They spoke highly of the company and of Jason so I had him come out. I was so glad I did. He was honest, he did an EXCELLENT job and it only cost a fraction of what we thought we’d pay. My husband and I were very satisfied with JDT. Recently our garage needed fixing again. We live in the far west valley. Location is not a concern nor has scheduling been an issue. "Jason came out twice now and both times it was same day! Wow, great service always on time and has great recommendations. I had to have him out because we needed to service our garages since sometimes it would not close and then I had him out a few weeks later since my daughter decided to ram the rail of one of my garage doors (yeah, I was pissed). Anyway, Jason programmed one of my remotes that was giving me trouble and changed the code on my keypad since I hate doing that stuff. He calls when he is on his way and he gave me a time window that he honors every time. He is also valley wide so dont worry if you think he does not service your area....he does."

"My garage door LiftMaster's Gear & Sprocket set needs to be replaced. I called A Z garage door doctor (http://www.azdoordoctor.com/ ). Their quote was very high. The first thing was higher service fee ($65). Then they quote me $170 for repair that JDT charged only $125 including labor, tax and parts. What a huge difference. JDT finished job quickly and did not even take my credit card upfront. I would recommend JDT to everyone for every garage door repair call. Keep up good customer service."

" am very pleased with Jason from JDT. I called him tuesday morning to ask him to come and look at a busted garage door supporting. He said he could be out in 2 hours. He was there early, and called to let me know that he was almost three there. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me several options, and didn't give me any crap about going the cheapest route. He looked over the rest of my system, adjusted a few minor issues to make it run better, and didn't magically find any extra needed repairs. He was honest and fast and was done in one an hour. Our door had jumped the tracks, we were unable to open or close it.
